Review: I love the atkins diet. I have lost 11 lbs on it. I however did not like this book. I guess I've never been much of a chef, but most of these recipes go against the rules for induction yet they are listed under induction meals. This diet is low...

Be Prepared for Fancy Cooking

Review: I bought this cookbook to help me overcome the routine chicken, meat, nuts menu I was losing weight with on the Atkins Diet. Dr. Atkins promises that he and his wife have tested and used each recipe in the book.
