Product Description

 
Dakota is available with rear-wheel drive, 4WD that must be disengaged on dry pavement, or 4WD that can be left engaged on dry pavement; 4x4s include low-range gearing. Dakotas come with rear-wheel ABS; 4-wheel ABS is optional. Four-wheel disc brakes are standard on Quad Cab and 4WD models, optional elsewhere.

Not a bad truck

Review: Bought in Aug 08 with 54k miles. Currently have 58k.

No big issues except for a bad oil pressure sender
and sticky e-brake. Other than that, it has been
reliable and unstoppable in the snow. In comparison
to it's Japanese...

Great truck except the gas mileage

Review: We bought the truck new and now have 62k miles. Haven't had a single problem. We chose the v6 two wheel drive Quad Cab expecting 16-18 mpg city as per the epa sticker but we have NEVER gotten better than 13 in town no matter how we drive. I asked...
