Better Choices

Review: I had purchased this system from Best Buy (Magolia) stores for about $1234. I was surprised when it stopped working only ten months later. It has been at the certified Denon Repair Dealer waiting on a part now for 8 weeks.

Non-existant customer service

Review: After owning my system for only one month, it broke. I sent it in for service. After six months of hassle from Denon on the repair (they didn't have the part to fix it), they finally sent me a new replacement system. I just connected the new system...

The Bottom Line: Great companion for a FLAT screen HD TV. Good stereo, decent surround sound. Not for audiophile, but OK for no-fuss good looking home theater.
Review: Denon is rightfully considered to be one of the top brands in consumer electronics, especially for music. When I heard that Denon is jumping into HTIB (home theatre in a box) category, I knew I had to try it.
