The Bottom Line: Denise Austin fans may like this more than I do. I didn't like it enough to do 6 days in a row like Denise Austin suggests.
Review: Denise Austin is a famous fitness instructor who has put together a DVD to increase metabolism and burn fat. This workout seems to focus on a woman's physique and the words she uses encourage you think of this a weigh-reducing workout.
