DO NOT BUY - Run away as fast as you can!!

The Bottom Line: Highly unreliable due to poor design and faulty parts. Horrible CS and no local service centers. I will not buy another product from DeLonghi!

Far too noisy - look elsewhere!

The Bottom Line: Avoid this unit because the noise mitigates any advantages you could hope to have.
Review: Purchased my DeLonghi DE500P at Costco for less than $200. I agree with the original poster that the photo for this dehumidifier is wrong. The unit actually looks exactly like the photo for the DE500P.
