Works fine backwards.

The Bottom Line: The TP6 performs as advertised. It's a fine earphone and a modestly functional microphone. Worn backwards it's a decent performer.
Review: I purchased the Olympus TP6 telephone recording pick up for use with a Sony MS515 Digital Voice recorder. The Sony works beautifully. The TP6 is a weak performer.
