The chassis provides better performance, increased uptime, and easier ownership than the previous model, not to mention any other 2-way dense rack server in the industry. The 2U chassis manages to house 2 Intel Pentium III 1.4GHz processors, with 512K cache; up to 6GB of 2:1 interleaved 133MHz ECC SDRAM; hot plug redundant fans, power supplies, and hard disk drives; 2 HP 64-bit/66MHz PCI slots and 1 64-bit/33MHz PCI slot; and quick deploy, ball bearing, tool-free rails.
