A Beer As Fine As Any Wine: Chimay Red Cap

Pros: Very complex, nutty, yeasty, pairs nicely with many dishes, ages well.
Cons: None come to mind.
The Bottom Line: One of the best beers you can buy.

Pros: surprisingly sweet, fruity taste; smooth finish
Cons: palate is a little sour and dry; an acquired taste; seemingly heavy body; expensive
The Bottom Line: Don't let the reputation and/or price intimidate you, Chimay Red is a beer anyone can drink (and most will enjoy!)
