Smart support, but for whom?

The Bottom Line: Great materials, well manufactured, but poor design place this carrier on a lower end of my choice list.
Review: I've received this carrier as a shower gift. Since I liked most of the Chicco products I came into contact I thought this was going to be great and that I'll use it a lot. When my son was born I was proven wrong just by the two very important facts...
