Product Description

 
The 2005 Tahoe is available in either 2WD or 4WD drive configurations. LS or LT Prefered Equipment Groups are offered, as well as the Z71 Off-Road Equipment Group on the 4WD model. Available optional features for this year include a rear entertainment system, XM Satellite Radio, and the StabiliTrak stability enhancement system. The StabiliTrak feature improves vehicle stability on various road surfaces at various speeds by maximizing handling and braking dynamics.

Review: Been waiting and saving for a new truck / suv for years and ended up with a 05 Tahoe with 17K on it. Bought it for the room and ability to tow. Compared to 1/2 ton truck cost and fair to good gas m. were similar and the Tahoe just jumped out. Best...

The Bottom Line: Buy only if you need the capacity.
Review: I like the Tahoe. It rides well and has great handling, especially for an SUV. The V8 engine is powerful but acceleration has been poor due to the massive weight of the vehicle.
