Cheech and Chong, the amiable potheads from UP IN SMOKE, are on the loose again and Los Angeles may never be the same. The Bottom Line: Even if you are as high as "Cheech" and "Chong" get in their movies, you won't like this movie.
Review: This has to be one of the worst, most confusing movies I've ever seen.
