Char-Broil Red Grill; A WHOLE NEW WAY TO COOK!!

The Bottom Line: This unit does cook a mean burger. I was especially convinced after doing meats well done and still being extra juicy and flavourful.
Review: We had a cook-out on our job and the company used one of these new infra-red Char-Broil(463250308) Gas Grills. Everyone was talking about it. I wasn't sure what infra-red cooking was about. I was hoping it wasn't a micro-wave on wheels. Far from it...
