The Bottom Line: An elegant upscale fragrance that you can purchase under $100 and feel like a million bucks, why not?
Review: Chance is a perfume I longed to own the moment I smelt it. As always, I smell the fragrances off another person, test it on myself, and then purchase quickly after. Currently, I am running out of the fragrance, so I will need a new bottle soon!
