Capresso "Ultima" eliminates all the inconvenient steps of conventional espresso machines: no more complications with tamping, hot filter holders, or cleaning and rinsing of sieves. Just fill coffee to your liking (7 to 15 grams) into the machine, turn and pull the coffee lever down, and switch on the pump. Within seconds, any size espresso or up to 12 oz of coffee are ready. The double coffee spout even adjusts to accommodate different size cups. Then pull up and turn lever to prepare the next round of espresso. At the same time the used coffee is automatically discarded into an internal container. Minimize

Pros: Slick, Fast, easy to master (READ THE MANUAL), GREAT crema, GREAT froth, GREAT espresso/coffee
Cons: other than a bit "plastic-ee"... NONE, so far
The Bottom Line: FAST, friendly*, GREAT: styling, espresso, coffee, crema, froth *read and do what the directions say

2000 cups and still going.

Pros: Easy to use, good quality espresso if your carefull, reasonable price.
Cons: None that I can think of considering the cost.
The Bottom Line: Buy one before they stop making them. You can probably find one at $200-$300 if you look around.
Review: No, this is not the finest espresso machine out there but it is better than the negative reviews imply. If you have a good burr grinder, good quality coffee (I now roast my own)and get the grind right and control the extraction, the results can be...
