The Bottom Line: A few shortcomings, none of which affect final image and sound, can be mostly ignored as the Canon HG21 provides a satisfying video in an easy-to-use package.
Review: NOTE: The camera is properly known in the U.S. as the Canon Vixia HG21. The Epinions' description as a Blu-Ray recorder is inaccurate. It is in fact a 120GB disk drive / SDHC flash hybrid.
