Great Scans but product doesn't hold up

Great Quality Scans

Review: This scanner was very useful for scanning a large number of photo negatives.

I found that the scanner worked just about as fast in Quiet Mode, and was a lot quieter.

For some reason, it would completely wash out some photos.
