An average shooter that feels like a rehash of the second installment

Call of Duty 3 is little more or less than Call of Duty 2. It really should have advanced the series more than it did. Although it provides a great, cinematic, intense world war 2 experience, it falls short technically at many times and the multiplayer is too barren and unbalanced to bother with. Call of Duty 3 has the massive misfortune of being made by Treyarch. This means that the game has been turned from an exciting FPS into a generic WWII shooter that barely keeps you interested.
