A powerful, compact countertop convection oven.

Pros: Very well constructed, designed to be serviced and built to last.

Cons: May be noisy to some folks.

The Bottom Line: Somewhat expensive, this is a real commercial oven that runs on regular household current and is reasonably compact. Cadco offers excellent customer service, on a par with KitchenAid.
