Horrible Product, Worst Customer Service

The Bottom Line: Stay away from Buffalo NAS - it does not work, it fails, it does not recover, and their customer service is the worst.
Review: This NAS unit was the worst nightmare product I have had to deal with in over 20 years of work in this industry. To start off with, it was not easy to configure into our network. It took hours to make it work within a simple small business network...

Review: Does not support asian characters. Filenames written in Japanese are not fully supported. The error is odd in that most Japanese characters work fine, but filenames including specific characters can not be copied onto the NAS. It looks like a very...

Total Failure - RAID 5 No Good - DO NOT BUY
