Canon advanced MicroFine Droplet Technology uses a revolutionary nozzle system that ejects consistent prescribed-volume droplets in sizes as small as 2 picoliters, for smoother, more photo-realistic images. It features a symmetrical print head design with 1,600 nozzles to virtually eliminate color variance and banding problems typically found with conventional high-speed, bi-directional printing. The i560 printer uses pigment-based black ink, for bold, sharp text on reports and e-mails.
