Good value, but caution to XP users, and caution on life

The Bottom Line: The MFC-9700 is suitable for SOHO and small business users. The jury is still out on its life expectancy.
Review: Before selecting a multifunction device, I read reviews and determined the Brother MFC-9700 would provide the best value for my money. The reviews and subsequent advertising stated the MFC-9700 is XP compatible. That claim is not entirely true.
