This Brinkmann Vertical Smoker Heavy-Duty Charcoal/Wood 2 Grate is constructed of heavy-duty steel with durable textured paint to last for years. The space-saving vertical design with a large, locking front door is for easy access to food, water and charcoal pans. This features four adjustable air vents to control heat and smoke and sturdy chrome wire handle that stays cool to the touch. It also features porcelain-coated water and charcoal pans with slide-out feature for easy clean up and professional-quality temperature gauge to monitor heat. The two porcelain-coated cooking grates for over 390 square inches of cooking surface to handle up to 50 Pounds of food.

Nothing better than home smoked goodness

The Bottom Line: Inexpensive smoker that is dependable and gets the job done. Holds a good amount of food and shape and size is easy to work with.

A Great Home Smoker for Small Amounts of Food

The Bottom Line: This is a good smoker if you like the taste of smoky lump charcoal flavored food. It has a great design.

Very Thin Walled - Doesn't Retain Heat

Review: I purchased this smoker thinking Brinkmann delivered quality products. Just the opposite. The walls are very thin, does not retain the heat, barely gets over 200 degrees and as a result goes through charcoal too fast. Look to buy another brand.
