Broke after 3 uses, "Customer Service" = Joke of the Century

The Bottom Line: DO NOT BUY. Will break and there is no way to get compensated.

The Bottom Line: This breadmaker will do all the hard work of preparing great bread dough for you and won't take long to pay for itself.
Review: I received a Zojirushi bread machine as a wedding gift in 2000, but only really started to use it last year. The other day, the heating element died so I needed a replacement. Baking your own bread is just so much more economical than buying bread...
