Difficult to make good bread with this machine

Pros: It's white...goes with most kitchens.
Cons: Not good for custom recipes, due to redesigned cycles, yeast requirements, baking times, etc.
The Bottom Line: Do not waste your money on this one, unless you are not particular about your bread. I suspect you will not make many loaves with it.

Pros: It's easy to use.
Cons: I'm never sure if I'm making 1 1/2 or 2 lb loaves.
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: I have used this machine with the old recipes and new (I lose the book)....It works with Canadian flour. Makes great pizza dough too. I mix whole wheat flour into the recipes... I'd say keep on trying....maybe contact B&D?...
