Enjoy 11 workout programs and 16 levels of resistance coupled with comfortable, recumbent styling and an array of convenience features. It features a full complement of workout programs including 10 profile courses with calorie goal, BMI measurement, time trial with pacer, 2 custom user-defined, 3 HRC, recovery test, results mode, fitness test, Quick start and 1 manual mode. The backlit LCD computer console displays complete workout statistics including time, interval time, RPM, watts, distance, pulse, speed, calories, resistance and alpha-numeric prompts. It also features Schwinn quality recumbent handlebars with integrated grip heart rate sensors and micro-adjustable fore/aft console slider.

213 bells and whistles on Schwinn's Bike

The Bottom Line: For the money you won't find more programs on a bike. Made by a good company I really do like this bike.

Schwinn is owned by Nautilus. You will be given a warranty of 10 years...
