The Bottom Line: Would be recommended for the infrequent carry of a child, but not sturdy enough for a backpacking enthusiast.
Review: We purchased this for hiking and for travel with our toddler son. The weight limit is 40 lbs. but we noticed that with him (not quite 30 lbs)that the threads at the seam of the shoulder strap began to pull away after several uses. We returned that...
