speed dry your nails to a state of nastiness

The Bottom Line: Avon : Speed Dry Nail Enamel is not worth your money. I would suggest trying Avon's regular nail enamels or maybe another brand of speed drying enamel.

Review: While the Speed Dry Nail Enamel by Avon has quite a few different colors to chose from, applying the enamel is not easy.  And for some reason, it never looks good when I'm done.
