It does Mesmerize by design and scent alone

The Bottom Line: I love the scent of "Mesmerize for Men", and it's so reasonably priced that I can afford to purchase it all throughout the year.
Review: Avon's "Mesmerize for Men" is my very favorite mens cologne, and I always make sure to keep my husband stocked up! It's just a wonderful, manly, scent that smells great on my better half. After he's done showering, and steps out of the bathroom...
