This wine cooler has a fan to vent through the front of the unit, so you can truly install this wine refrigerator built-in flush to your cabinetry- and the WC5100BG wine cooler features one touch digital control for red, white, and sparkling wine. This undercounter wine cooler comes with a lock and has a tempered glass door. The slide-out wood shelves and soft interior lighting highlight the best of your wine collection and store them in optimum conditions.

Awful Customer Service

The Bottom Line: The unit emits a chemical odor and is prone to problems. Customer service is non-existent.
Review: The manual lists multiple phone numbers and promises to be there if you need any kind of help with the product. The reality is that they only answer the phone M-F during business hours and can't even tell you where the nearest authorized service...
