Awful Customer Service

Pros: If the unit is working, it does a good job of maintaining temperature.

Cons: Avanti customer service is non-existent. Rated storage is optimistic. Unit smells bad.

The Bottom Line: The unit emits a chemical odor and is prone to problems. Customer service is non-existent.

Review: The manual lists multiple phone numbers and promises to be there if you need any kind of help with the product. The reality is that they only answer the phone M-F during business hours and can't even tell you where the nearest authorized service center ...

Pros: looks nice.

Cons: One temp. Noisy. Shelves too close together - tears labels. Bad customer service reps.

The Bottom Line: Do not buy this inferior product.

Review: This lasted exactly 18 months from the day of purchase. Less than a year if you consider the actual install date (because of new construction) and how long we got to use it. Retailer no longer carries it (because of product problems) No one will at ...
