Personnel: Aaron Shust; Candi Pearson (vocals); Dan Hannon (guitar, keyboards, loops); Tim Gibson (bass guitar); Jon Chalden (drums). On his 2005 Brash Music debut, Atlanta-based singer-songwriter Aaron Shust offers up an earnest set of Christian pop/rock tunes. Often recalling the popular CCM artist Chris Tomlin, Shust conveys clear messages of faith and devotion on highly melodic tracks such as "Let the People Praise," "More Wonderful," and, most notably, "My Savior My God," an uplifting single that proved to be a surprise hit in early '06.

Something Worth Hearing

The Bottom Line: A must get for those who enjoy worship music.
Review: This last weekend, I went to a concert where Aaron Shust was the opening act. I hadn't heard of him before, but I was impressed enough to buy this CD.
