Not what I expected

The Bottom Line: This is not the best yoga video on the market. It's too slow moving & it did not really give me that great of a toning/yoga type workout.

The Bottom Line: Highly recommended because it provides a challenging and meditative yoga experience. Music and setting are top notch.
