Pros: Extreme graphics, intense gameplay, 'playable' on mid-range systems, 'coolness' factor
Cons: Expensive, steep system requirements, dark graphics, not much beyond the traditional shooter theme (DOOM)
The Bottom Line: Expectations are high and DOOM 3 delivers, though it may never reach the status of the original.

Pros: Good graphics, good story and familiar FPS controls
Cons: Requires very powerful PC, graphics too dark, won't run with emulation software
The Bottom Line: If you've got a powerful system and like your wits scared out of you, you will enjoy the game. If you've got an eMachine, don?t even bother.
