Its extremely fine texture reflects light for better transparency and radiance. DIRECTIONS: Remove the powder from the sifter and press the powder puff on the back of your hand two or three times to spread the powder evenly onto the puff. Gently dab onto entire face, beginning on the oval facial contours. Remove excess powder with a large brush.
