Ab Lounge; What a Bod I Have Now!!

The Bottom Line: The Ab lounge seems to work very well on the Abs as it is designed to do. The problem is it is limited and takes up too much floor space.
Review: I've got the Ab Lounge and I must be getting in good shape because I look it. Here's the way I see it. When you use your muscles in a good workout you tear them down a bit. They then regenerate a bit in effect building up. If you do arm curls enough...

Not a total joke, but not a miracle maker

Review: So, like many women, for quite a while, I have been wanting to get some toned up abs and get rid of the extra little bit of wrinkles around the stomach area. I have tried sit-ups and that kind of thing, but it is very straining on my neck and back...

Ab Lounge worth it? Maybe? ...but not full price!

The Bottom Line: If it gets your to exercise regularly...get one. Just don't expect miracles.
Review: Exercise is great, right? That's why there are SO many products posturing as the best and most fun way to keep in shape. Does the AB Lounger work? Sure.......so does any other activity that involves movement.
Basically, it's a folding lounge...
