Mediocre wet or dry.

The Bottom Line: Pass on this until a rotating brush or some better way to scrub and lift ground-in dirt is added.

Good wet, not so good dry

The Bottom Line: It's a great mop for any conditions, and a so-so vacuum. If you have pets or a lot of dust, you'll be using another dry vac method.
Review: I rent a 1200 sq foot house with linoleum tile through the whole thing. I also have a big dog and live in a dry dusty climate. I bought the Flip-It to facilitate mopping both upstairs and downstairs. I'm not impressed with the dry vacuum feature. If...

The Bottom Line: Buy a Bissell Flip It immediately if you have lots of hard flooring. It will cut cleaning time and give you better results than the traditional method of cleaning floors.

The Bissell flip it hardfloor cleaner is the absoute best way to clean hard floors such as linoleum, pergo, etc. It takes the place of both a broom and a mop and mop bucket. It sucks up the dirty water into tank which you simply empty and don't have to worry about sloshy mop buckets. Love it Pros: Easy to use, Easy to clean
