This is the fastest way I know of to restore gloss and protect medium to heavily oxidized fiberglass (gel coat) finishes.3M Marine Fiberglass Restorer and Wax is a special blend of rubbing compounds, carnauba and other waxes designed to remove oxidation, chalking, water spots, rust and exhaust stains on fiberglass/gel coat and topside paints. One application produces a high gloss and provides a minimal amount of protection. Once restored, use your favorite marine wax or sealant for regular maintenance. 3M Restorer and Wax can be applied by hand on small craft but works best when applied with a professional, circular (not dual-action) polisher. Set the machine's speed dial between 1800 and 2000 rpm and apply using aGel Coat Compounding Pad. One 16 oz. bottle should be enough to restore a 25 ft boat above the waterline. Net weight 16 oz.
