Excellent entry-level model - best value

The Bottom Line: If all you have is $150, this is an excellent model to introduce you to astronomy. If you have more money, get a computer drive and heavier base.

Meade 114 reflector telescope OK

The Bottom Line: Good beginner scope due to bright image. However, sharpness will soon cause you to want something better.
