CRIMES AND MISDEMEANORS is Woody Allen's most mature most profound film. Martin Landau plays Judah Rosenthal a successful ophthalmologist having an affair with Dolores Anjelica Huston who is threatening to reveal their relationship unless Judah commits to her and leaves his wife.
