Chrome Hounds for Xbox 360

Video Games. The first mech shooter on Xbox 360, Chrome Hounds involves futuristic combat in a world dominated by armored behemoths known as Hounds. Players assume control of a Hound unit as one of five squad member types or as a tactics commander, with the latter responsible for issuing verbal orders to teammates on Xbox Live. Each Hound unit offers varying degrees of movement, firepower, and abilities, with players able to customize their walking weapon of mass destruction with millions of individual parts, accessories, weapons, and skins. Chrome Hounds takes place from a choice of first- or third-person views on 115 maps of war-ravaged, bombed out areas. In addition to the tactics commander, squad roles include scout, soldier, sniper, defender, and heavy gunner, allowing team members to specialize in specific areas based on their preferred play styles.
