Adtran MX2800™ M13 Multiplexer (4205290L4)

The MX2800™ M13 DS3 Multiplexer from ADTRAN® is a 1U Rack mountable device that gives NSPs and enterprise users a powerful tool for consolidating 28 T1 signals or 21 E1 signals into a T3 circuit. It houses two hot-swappable controller cards that are capable of combining independent T1s, E1s, or T1s and E1s on the same DS3. The integrated V.34 modem operates in VT100 or SLIP/PPP mode for SNMP/Telnet access. The MX2800 also features an integrated 10Base-T Ethernet port that provides support for SNMP and Telnet management. A fully connectorized backplane eliminates the need for wire wrapping, and also provides quick, easy installation. The MX2800 DS3 Multiplexer is ideal for Competitive Local Exchange Carriers (CLECs) who are loooking for an efficient means for backhauling local and long distance voice to or from the IXC or LEC.
