Exceptional service and quality. My purchase was from the lower price ranges of the products offered at this merchant, but I was given the same care and concern as if I had purchased a multi-thousand dollar diamond ring. The products arrived within a day or two of my order. The bracelet had the charms neatly placed on it and the whole thing was presented in a beautiful gift box that I was honored to present to the receipient. I would highly recommend Blue Nile to anyone seeking a fabulous gift (even for themselves)!
