Doing the order was fine. I ordered a wizard easy football holder and an NCAA football. I was quoted 10 dollars for shipping which was fine but advised the shipping cost would be revised by email. Got an email a few days later saying it would be another 65 dollars on top of the 10. I decided to cancel my order and they said they would refund the money withing 5 days. I waited over 5 days for the refund which never came, i contacted online sports by email asking about my refund multiple times. I never recieved a reply, so I am now lodging a dispute through paypal to hopefully get my money back. It seems now my only hope of recieving my money back for a an item that was never even posted is paypal. I wouldnt recommend buying any products off this company, but if you do decide to purchase an item off this website at least pay through paypal. So if they do screw you over, you may still have a chance to regain your money.

I would hope they work out the shipping cost to Australia much better. If I pay almost $21.00 for shipping for a DVD, I would expect to get it in a week not over three weeks. It is not good when it arrives that you can't work out where the $21.00 on postage was spent. The tracking number was given but you can't track letter mail!

I had to return the item because it was heavier then I expected. I was contacted by someone and given an option to keep it at a 10% discount or order another item and when I sent an email responding no one contacted me so I sent the item back for a refund.

this Company is horrible!! I ordered an item that the site said was in stock but was not. The Company immediately drafted my account even though the item was out of stock. After 5 days, I called to find out if the item has been shipped then found out it was out of stock. I requested a refund then waited a couple of days. No refund. Called back and asked about my refund. I was told they had to process the cancellation, blah, blah, blah, and that the refund would be processed that day. Now it is 3 days later and still no refund. Hopefully will get a refund some day!!

The Dynasty Banner Frame has 3 components (frame, plexiglass cover and thick black cardboard/foam backing). When the Banner Frame arrived, the frame and plexiglass were in great condition. The same cannot be said for the backing. 3 sides were cut great to match the frame - the 4th side (which is a "V") was cut OK on 1/2 and way too high on the other half. When hung on the wall, you could see thru the hole in the backing to the wall behind. TACKY !! Which is a shame, seeing as the banner itself and the rest of the frame look GREAT !! So, I called them and they sent me another Dynasty Banner Frame. Same problem. 2 out of 3 parts were great and the other was not (the backing was not as bad as the first one, but still unacceptable). So, realizing that all their backings are probably inadequate and all are cut in CHINA, no one can help me @ Online Sports, except for myself. So, I went to an art supply store and bought 1 black mat which I then cut into pieces to fill in the gaps. I taped them and put them into the frame and it looked great from the front, which is all that really matters. From the back, it looks sloppy - but who cares. All's well that ends well. Online Sports did all they could to fix the problem, but they received a poor product from Good Old CHINA. How unusual !

I ordered a jersey as a gift for Christmas. Ordering was simple and easy however that was the only good part about my experience. I received a confirmation number and email, saying my order would be leaving the warehousen in one business day. The next couple of days went by and my credit card was charged but still no tracking information was given. I contacted the customer service rep. about 6 business days later. The customer service rep. told me that I would be receiving my tracking number within the next day. When I again received nothing I contacted customer service again, I was put on hold and then a supervisor explained to me that the jersey I ordered was no longer available and I should have been contacted of this the day after my order. They tried to sell me other products and explained that there was nothing they could do for me further except cancel my order.

Well, there had to be one bad experience with buying online and here it is. Onlinesports.com not only disappointed me but a whole bunch of kids. I placed and paid for an order on the 6th of November and on the 18th of November the order is on hold (I noticed in my PayPal account). They have not emailed, phoned, or notified me in any way that there is a problem with the order.
If you are looking to buy something and get it shipped in a reasonable amount of time don't order from onlinesports.com if you need a Christmas gift for Christmas and need it by Christmas don't order from onlinesports.com if you expect customer support and order tracking don't order from onlinesports.com. I have ordered new and used products from eBay and have never had this happen. I have suppliers in China email me a thank me for my order and then send shipping updates and even follow up. I would never even do business with them again. |

I am a certified athletic trainer (ATC) working in a clinic. I needed to purchase this product for a patient. Online Sports' price was considerably less expensive than anywhere else, and their customer service was excellent. I will definately order from them again. If I were to ever again work in a high school or college instead of a clinic, I will purchase as much as I could from them instead of the "traditional" athletic training supply companies.

The original shoe I ordered was defective. I called the store and was told to return it using their return UPS mailer. Normally this costs about $5.00, but was told I would be credited for that amount and the new shoes would be sent free.
