I ordered 5 different characters. I received 5 items, but only 3 different characters because there were 2 each of 2 of the characters. I kept 3 characters, returned the doubles to our local store, and re ordered online the characters I still wanted. The shipment was received, opened, and played with, then I found out from my daughter that they were not the characters I ordered. Twice I have not received the exact characters I ordered.

Was told game was in store and I could pick up in a few hours- to wait for email. 24 hours later am told order was cancelled cause game was no longer available. Passesd on ordering from another vendor on you saying it was immediately available. Now I am unable to find game any where and had to buy my granddaughter a different game, will not place any future orders with KMart.

I ordered 4 of the same item. Only 3 shipped. Was not notified 4 were unavailable until order was shipped. Was charged for all 4.Email was not helpful,but phone customer service was very helpful.Ordered 4th item again and it has been shipped- suddenly available??Would have liked to have been notified that item was unavailable at time of order-could have gone elsewhere.Now have paid for 5-waiting for refund. First 3 to arrive today per UPS tracking.Found communication lacking online and per email.Too much confusion and worry.

An initial shipping date was stated before the order was processed. The actual shipping date was two days later. I would recommend not providing a firm sounding shipping date until the "processing" is complete. It's not good to provide the customer with expectations that are not fulfilled.
Once "processing" was complete, the shipping was excellent.
But, I wasn't informed about processing delays due to security concerns. Only after calling could I determine there was a delay due to security concerns.

I looked for the merchandise on the Internet & found it in Kmart. A store location was recommended within 25 miles.Placed the order, paid with credit card. Received email confirmation within 12 hrs. Second email was received in another 24 hrs. to confirm availability of product for pick-up. Picked up merchandise the following day. Customer service was polite, but she disappeared somewhere else for several minutes with my driver's license, which is not good. Was charged a lower sale price, which was of course a delight!

I found the site to be very user unfriendly. I knew the product I wanted but getting it purchased on-line with store pick-up was very time consuming.
Item had been photograph in store but store identification did not conform to website identification. Bar code meant nothing to phone service personnel in attempt to locate the item on web. I also found that pages flipped much too often to unrelated items and info. This is truly a site to be avoided at all costs. |

Kmart advertised this product as a weekly sale (not as black friday, limited offer, door buster, etc). As far as we can tell, the item never was stocked anywhere in the local store, area stores, on-line. It pretty much was false advertising, bait and switch. Worse yet, Sears offers a similar tree as a door buster 5 days later and no stock in store or on-line. Terrible way to pretend to advertise a xmas tree.
