I ordered a jacket online one evening and apparently any order placed cannot be cancelled/changed once put in bc only a customer service rep can help you do it AND there's only a 15-min window. So, if you are shopping at night past normal business hours (which most people who work do) then there is no customer service to help and your wrong order is unstoppable. And on another note, there is a lot of misleading with their online system. Entering free-shipping codes will change the shipping options so that some of them say that they are "FREE" but when ordering the item, they would have charged you full-price for whichever option you chose. Good products, but customer service and ordering system could use a LOT of work.

 Worst service ever!!! Item seemed to be in stock, never get a mail until i asked the status of order after 5 days. Recieved a mail first stating the order is out of stock, followed by another mail saying they cancelled the order..

Moosejaw has one the wackiest promotions on their website. It is always fun just to read about them. Price are great and members received points that can be used for future purchases. Shipping is fast and you can always find someone to speak with using the online chat. Will buy again.
