I'am spanish and I live in Barcelona (catalunya). In barcelona the products of Benefit are expensive but I love this cosmetics. The shipping always arrive to time. Mireia

It is always easy to shop from Benefit Cosmetics and I would recommend it any day! Excellent products, too. I only wish they would provide me with a tracking number as i live in Sweden which means the shipping costs me a lot...makes you slightly anxious about the packages whereabouts as it does take 2 or 3 weeks for it to arrive.

Die Website von Benefit ist originell und gut gestaltet. Die Produkte sind gut beschrieben und Kundenbewertungen sind ersichtlich. Die bestellte Ware wird sehr schnell versendet. Die Lieferung von USA nach Schweiz ist schnell. Schneller als viele Bestellungen innerhalb der Schweiz! Die Ware kommt in einwandfreiem Zustand an. Benefit.com ist ein grossartiger Shop. Ich werde immer wieder bei Benefit einkaufen. Mit dem Kundendienst hatte ich noch keinen Kontakt.

I have shopped with benefit cosmetics many times in the past and have never had any issues, i have never need to contact anyone, as my orders have always been fine, there is no tracking available for my order i just received an estimated arrival date. therefore answering questions 4 & 5. I have not as yet received my current order, estimated arrival is not for another 2 weeks. thank

I asked about contacting Benefit directly, as the product "firmlogy" is not available at local stores where I once purchased it, but they were unable to provide me with a phone number to corporate office. IT IS AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT and do hope they DO NOT DISCONTINUE MAKING IT AVAILABLE ON LINE--no other product in their line is comparable or added to replace it. Pleae advise. meboop@roadrunner.com

I had yet to receive my order so I cant say much about receiving my items in good condition and the speed of the delivery. But the estimated delivery date to reach me is 4 May 11 and considering that I live in Singapore, I cant complain much (unless the items reach me later than 4 May). Of course, if a faster/express courier is used to cut the delivery time even shorter, that wld be the best! But since I am using the free worldwide shipping promotion, I think the delivery time/speed is still acceptable. Do love Benefit products but can you lower the min. order (USD 115) for free worldwide shipping? If not, can you allow a customer to purchase at least 5 of the same products (especially for international customers so that they can meet the min. order for free shipping)? I love Dr Feelgood but its so expensive in Singapore. Thus, I wanted to buy 5 of it online to stock them up at home. But most sadly, your website only allows a max. order of 3 of the same item. Why? I understand there might be concern of 2nd-selling/trading but if a customer do love the product so much and its so expensive where they live, you shld really consider doing away with that policy and see how genuinely your customers love that product! :)

Website is organized and easy to use, I received my package earlier than expected which is always great. However, I have noticed that products are going away and not being replaced with something else.

I was sent a group email over one week after i placed my order with a list of products that apparently cannot be sent to australia. The email told me that if any of the products I paid for were on this list I should cancel my order. The email was really unspecific and confusing. I should have been sent a personal email apologising for the inconvenience - and had the product automatically refunded. I'm not happy with this level of service, especially considering I spent over $200.
