Very disappointed in time to ship product, I'm in WI they are in MI, maximum shipping time 2 days yet it took over a week from the time I ordered until I received the product. Also I never received notification when item was shipped or a tracking number to see when the item would arrive at my door. On the other hand when I did contact the company, after waiting a week, service was excellent and very helpful.

My original purchase was unsatiasfactory due to manufacture defects affecting 50% of the order. The Win's representitive responded to my e-mail identifying the problem the following business day, and replacements were issued promptly. While I was dissapointed with the quality control of their product, I was favorably impressed with their prompt resolutition. I would do business with them again.

1. Tracking system had no status information for the entire 12 days from order to delivery. "Use it or lose it". 2. No response or acknowledgment to status inquiry E-mail that was sent 7 days after on-line order date. "answer your mail".

Did not receive a shipment confirmation until I emailed on the status of order. Did not receive response to email for four days. Order was placed on July 8th and received on July 22. Tool was used and had rust. Not satisfied with this company.

This place is amazing, I looked for months for these lights and once I found this site I found what I was looking for in minutes. I was looking for covers for my fluorescent lights and this is the only website that has them as far as I can tell, they have a great selection too and the customer service told me anything I couldn't find on the website they could find in their showroom and put it up. This store made me VERY happy.
