Worst dealer I have ever dealt with. Their warranty is a joke. I have a dead MFP, no offer of repair, no replacement. No matter how often I complain. I call and call and call, get promises and NO action.l AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE! There are many suppliers of reconditioned printers who are reputable. These guys just stink up the market by throwing a printer in a box, ship it to you and when you finally get it you find that their 30 day warranty runs from when you order, not when you receive it three weeks later and they run you around the mulberry bush until it "expires".  Terrible people. They must think money grows on trees and they are there just to sucker you.

Look at the gushing reviews, the language and the dates that anonymous reviews are posted.They get a bad review and then a couple of days - a week later a bunch of great reviews turn up.  I'm not saying they are a bad retailer, but if you are relying on reviews to make a purchasing decision you should look at alternative purchasing systems like Amazon that you cannot place a review on independently - rather you have to buy something first or else you cannot make, (or make up) a review.

Received the HP printer very fast. I did not know is was a used machine. Two plastic parts were broken. There is no software to download into my computer or instructions. I have gone on line to HP and downloaded the software twice and it still dones not work. It had not ink cartriges or instructions on which ones it would take. I did get that off HP's web site. I think I have just wasted $140 $45 for ink cartriges. As for a contacting GreatPrinterDeals I have no phone number or customer service E-mail. Joe B.

We purchased a used HP3005 printer with less than 6,000 pages of use.  It never worked.  Lots of problems in the electronics and far more expensive and aggravating to repair than purchasing another.  To top things off the return procedure was to say the least difficult.

Obviously this company does not spend adequate time making sure the used printers are working properly.  I guess we'll have to call this a lesson learned.

You really can't beat there prices on Konica Minolta machines. I also like how they seem always have my order in stock and ship immediately. I hate ordering stuff and waiting weeks to receive it. I will continue using this merchant for future purchases.

I got what I ordered and in the condition was pretty good for a lease return/refurb printer. However, I ordered because I thought my old 1700 was broken, and after getting the new one, having the same problem, I did some research and discovered that I just had a bad drum. But that's my fault, not the seller's.

They never let me down. I have a printing company and purchase a few printers a month. I really go through printers quickly! But anyway, I have never once had an issue with this merchant. My machines always arrive quickly and they even sent me a free flash drive for being a repeat customer. They seem to be really nice people and really care about what they do. You just can't find to many companies like this anymore. I hope that everyone else enjoys them as much as I do. Oh...a little details on my orders might help. I order mostly Hewlett Packard LaserJet 4350 series printers but have tried some of their other multifunction machines lately as my business expands. You can't really ask for anything more! They shipped the printer surprisingly quick. It arrived shortly after, packaged extremely well! I set it up and it is working great. The printer even looks like a new one. I bought a LaserJet 4350TN printer. I had heard they were great machines but were just to expensive. This website had them at a very reasonable price and even threw in a free toner cartridge and free shipping. Free shipping was very nice because I thought I was going to spend a fortune having a big Laser printer shipped to me. I would definitely recommend this website to anyone in the market for a printer. I did not speak with any of their staff on the phone but I did like their selection of printers online. I have written them an email thanking them for the excellent service. ordered a hp bw laser, printer arrived quickly, but the rattly device did Not work.  i needed 8 mails to get a rma number and the really great deal is they want to charge me a return fee because i'm not willing to discuss repair options. ordering from them is not worth the risk and uncertainty. buyers should be aware that they compare the prices of a new printer with that of a worn out (cleaned) printer!
do yourself a favor and don't buy here.
