 I would not shop here again

My order was accepted but then a day or two later I was informed via email that Kazoo had no stock of the item I wanted. I had to then rush to order it from elsewhere. The time lost was critical and caused significant inconvenience. While shopping around elsewhere I noticed every one of the several other sites I looked at indicated next to the each item whether they had stock or not. This was very useful and valuable information that Kazoo did not provide.

Items ordered online on a Tuesday. Was called the following Saturday and informed that neither item was in stock (web site did not indicate that items were unavailable). Store did suggest alternate items, but I decided to cancel order and shop elsewhere. I love the store and will return, but will not shop online again.

i needed to find a pink unicorn and placed this order in good faith 5 days went by and no email response so checked the original email and at the bottom it stated the order had been canceled! I was furious and in a conundrum trying to get another pink unicorn before christmas! thanx for nothing

I honestly forget why I had to call (probably due to the fact that I am inept at ordering online!) but I do remember that the peson I talked with was extremely accomodating and didn't point out that I am cyber-challenged. I would certainly use this site again. KAZOO TOYS is on my "favorite" list!

Product appears to have been mis-shipped. Merchant utterly ignores emails. Chargeback will probably be needed.

They have some great products, but you can't tell if something is in stock or not until you try to put it in your shopping cart. That's REALLY annoying. Also, I put a comment in with my order and they did not respond to it. All that said, I will be checking their site periodically to shop here again! Good prices and neat things!

I asked to have my order gift wrapped at a charge of $4.00 it did not come gift wrapped. I tried contacting the 800 number (You may contact us at 1-800-257-0008, kazoo@kazootoys.com) and it rang 3 to 4 times and then no more with no answer. No, I will not be shopping with your group again.

The staff at Kazootoys were most helpful.  They assisted with helping me pick out toys for my new grandchildren over the phone and made sure they were wrapped.

I'm not sure if I would buy something eles there. However I was very satisfied with the product I purchased. The only thing I was not satisfied with the discription of the product. I didn't know how little it was going to be or what the product could do.

Placed Order on Dec.19 on line. Your site said there were 1000 in stock, and should get by Dec.25. ( not a problem if not here by 25 th ) on the 26 th used our order # on your web site to check, your site had no results to my order #. Late on the 28 th get e mail saying it was shipped that day. Earlier on the 28 th my wife call your 800# was told you had problems with the vender and didn't know when it would ship. ( The old left hand/ Right hand therory) I waited till the 30 th to check the UPS tracking # , UPS says they have no knowledge of # not ablle to give me any info. YOU guys wasted no time taking my money from my account, even though you had no product to ship me. That part really upsets me!!! Alan McNeese

My order was dealt with professionally and with great courtesy. Although I was answered only once (out of two mails I sent) about the shipping, I received the parcel in perfect condition and in good timing (just before Christmas, only one week after shipping was confirmed!). I consider my shopping experience at Kazoo Toys very positive altogether.

I would like more Made in the USA products. But can something be done about the shipping for it is very high and they gave me a shipping price and called to say it was enough and it cost another $24.00. I am not sure if I will order anything heavy again with the price of the slipping. How can the ship it from China so cheap. Something is wrong here??

Kazootoys had a great selection of toys on their website and the gal that helped me on the phone was really sweet. I ended up getting a great deal on the toys and they arrived as scheduled. I would definitely work with this company again.

Ordered on line the Nilo Wooden Train Table, they charged my debit card the same day, then later the same day reversed the charges.  Contacted by email requesting information on my order - they never got back to me.  When I called they said they were adding $40 to the $20 dollar shipping cost ($60 total).  They said, Oh we sent you an email about this - which came into my email box as we were speaking.  Bad customer server, unorganized, easy to see why people complain - plus Nilo was DROP SHIPPING this item for Kazoo but they still felt they were entitled to the $20 shipping and handling fee.
