I was very disappointed in the customer service on this order. My order was to ship in 4-7 business days from the purchase date and I was not notified until the 7th business day that my order was delayed via email. My glasses were also supposed to come with a cleaning cloth, which they did not.

From the online picture of the product I thought I was ordering the correct pair, however, when I received them they were a pair of reading glasses with a charcoal tint, the entire lens had a magnification of 150. The pair of reading sunglasses I wanted have a sun glass lens and the 150 reading portion in the lower third of the lens. I know Scojo makes a pair like this, but the Eyesave online catalog did not describe the product clearly enough for me to see the difference before ordering.

The website was fine--good selection-- and the prices good, but the sunglasses weren't shipped until 14 days after I ordered them. When I wrote to ask them about this, they said they hadn't had them in stock when I ordered them. This is fine, but only if they had informed me of that when I ordered them so I would have had the option of buying them elsewhere or ordering something else. They were a gift for someone, so I needed them to arrive on time.

I was impressed with the web site and the reviews, but there is more to a good experince than a web site. :-) I ordered 2 glasses cases and when I rec'd them they were entirely different from the picture and WAY over priced. I wrote an unfavorable review of the glasses on their web site but after their review, it has never appeared on the site, the only review shown is one that makes the cases sound like the second coming and probably written by the Eye Save staff. I returned the glasses and it took 3 phone calls over 3 weeks to get the charges credited back to my Visa card. Don't pay any attention to their reviews and avoid doing business with this company.

I orderd two pair of reading glasses. It took three weeks to arrive. After arrival one of them was broken and the other just did not fit. I asked for a refund but they would charge me 7.95 for shipping. I would expect a refund with no shipping charges after this fiasco, but they said they could not do it. I recommend staying away from this company

Never transact business with this company. I was unknowingly enrolled in Shopper Discounts at a cost of $12/ month when making a purchase on this site. As a result I have been charged substantially more than the savings I anticipated by purchasing sunglasses on this website. Stay away, make your purchase elsewhere-- anywhere else would have to be better!

Went to Amazon.com and searched for Nike sunglasses.
Got redirected to outside vendor eyesave.com 8 days later order not even processed, nothing shipped and their "delightful" customer service rep tells me it will take another 5 to 7 days to get anything in hand !!! My guess is they are just middlemen without inventory. Really not worth the time and effort to save $15 and get my retina destroyed my SoCal bright sunshine in the meantime... Please don't be a cheapskate like me and stay away from these useless people... |

Other than the fact that the sunglasses I received had the wrong color frames, the wrong color lenses and were even the wrong product, they were worth waiting three weeks for. The merchant does not refund your full purchase price. Do not buy anything from this merchant.

I ordered my sunglasses around 29/30 November and they werent shipped until 21st December. That's nearly a month before the product was shipped! This is the longest I've ever had to wait for a product to be shipped. I was not advised about this delay and was overseas when my product finally turned up. My friend then needed to pay for overseas shipping so that I could use my sunglasses. Unless I was prepared to wait for 1 or 2 months I would never use this site again. My friends are shocked at the service.

I thought I was buying readers which had a tortoise frame. This frame has been painted brown with dark spots to simulate the look I wanted. I would have paid more for the normal look than the painted product. This is the reason I do not like to order over the internet. Had I known the frame finish had a painted on look I would not have purchased them. Thanks and Happy New Year. The website promised free upgrade to 2 day shipping and a free pair of sunglasses with order. I did not receive either. The 2 day shipping was imperative as the order was placed as a Christmas gift. It did not arrive until the next week. VERY DISAPPOINTING to my son whose gift these were to be. I had MANY other merchants to choose from, I will NEVER shop with this one again.

the first pair I ordered took a week and 3 days to come....way too long....I'm on the water in montauk and can't see well with the glare there so when I lost my old pair I really needed them fast.....I didn't call or complain because the tracking said they were on their way.....I ship ground ups every day and 3 days is the max time even heavy tools take.....not happy.....a coupon came with the glasses so I ordered another pair..they came in 3 days..go figure

The sunglasses I purchased were at a great price compared to what was available on Ray-Ban's website, but the overall shopping experience was lacking. One week after purchase I called to inquire about tracking information since I had not received my item, and they told me my purchase was back-ordered and would not ship for another 5 days. It was actually 14 days from that point. Upon receiving my glasses, the left arm was tight and their return policy made me afraid to try and adjust them myself, so I just sent the glasses back for store credit. That was a fairly painless procedure. If ordering from this company I would suggest calling or emailing ahead of time to make sure what you want is in stock.
