We received damaged merchandise. I've just talked with customer service to return 2 bookcases and have them replaced with new ones. So far, my experience with customer service has been excellent. I'm optimistic that this will all turn out okay.

i am frustrated not at hayneedle but the vendor that they used to fill the order. They stated that the planter box included a liner. It shipped without one, i phoned and the rep at hayneedle could not get a response from their vendor. Then Hayneedle rep said it would be best to place the order again, credit the old order. i received that order today and it again had no liners shipped. I have wasted time waiting (it is for a customer of mine, landscape business)... and i now have to figure out what to do. i will be looking for a full credit on the entire transaction.

Did not receive rebate option. Packaging on product was excellent,and delivery was exactly on time. It was not possible to order ahead and have delivery arranged for the specific week we would be at the location to receive the order, so I had to keep going back to the web site until the anticipated delivery date fell within our available week to actually complete the order. That caused some anxiety worrying that my product would no longer be available by the time I could place the order. However, it worked out perfectly, and the order came on the first day of the week we were on site to accept delivery.

ordered on the 10th, delivery was supposed to be the 18th ( free groung ship over $100.) recieved one on the 12th and the other on the 13th I was thrilled that I received them so quickly. The solar lighted wind chime had a weird clip on one of the pipes that attaches it to the top. We had to cut it to match the others as it would not fit otherwise. That was the only problem. We love the cute little gooney bird wind chime, he's fun to watch. All in all very pleased w/ products and service!

We ordered two counter stools for our home. The product descriptions and photos did not match. Both boxes had been opened and un-packed and re-packed. We found RMA e-mail notices from the previous persons who had initially recieved the goods. The products were also damaged. We are currently awaiting an RMA number from Customer Service.

We found an ottoman that was just what we were looking for at a great price. It arrived ahead of schedule. I found a small tear and loose hardware on the interior that I was able to correct. I contacted ottomans.com and they immediately offered to return or issue a credit. Unexpected great level of customer service for a relatively small purchase.

It was quick and easy. No hassles and good followup on the progess of the sale and delivery. The stainless steel top looked like it had been dropped and the left back corner was dinted but it the top of the rack almost covers it and since it is in the back you don't really see it.
